Head to order tracking and enter your order number and the email address you ordered with.
You’ll also get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is handed to the courier. If that hasn’t arrived within two working days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with your order number and we’ll chase it.
Within India: every state and union territory. Free standard shipping above ₹1,000, flat ₹80 below it.
Bangladesh: yes — a flat ₹450, offered at checkout like any other rate.
Everywhere else: not open for self-service checkout yet, so your country may not appear when you enter your address. That isn’t a no. Write to us through the contact page with what you want and where you are — we can often arrange it, and it tells us where to open up next.
Import duties and taxes on any parcel leaving India are set by your own country and are payable on arrival.
Two stages, worth separating.
Processing: 1 to 2 business days. That’s us picking, checking and packing after payment clears.
Transit within India: typically 3 to 5 business days once the parcel is with the courier. Metros usually sit at the quicker end; the North East and remote pincodes at the slower end.
International transit varies by destination and by how fast customs in your country release the parcel.
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. Track anything at order tracking.
Within India: free above ₹1,000, flat ₹80 below it. That is the entire table — no handling fee, no packaging fee, no fuel surcharge, and no extra for remote pincodes. The figure you see at checkout is the figure you pay.
Bangladesh: a flat ₹450, picked up automatically at checkout once you enter your address.
Anywhere else: we haven’t opened self-service checkout yet, so write to us through the contact page with your address before you order. We’ll tell you straight whether we can get it to you and what it will cost. Import duties and taxes on anything leaving India are set by your own country and are payable on arrival.
Yes — free standard shipping anywhere in India on orders above ₹1,000. Below that it’s a flat ₹80, shown at checkout before you pay.
Most orders clear the threshold on a single item, so in practice shipping is free on the things riders usually buy. And the flat rate is the same wherever in India you are — no surcharge for remote pincodes, no handling or packaging fee added at the last step.

We’ll contact you rather than sit on the order.
If something goes out of stock between your order and our packing bench, we’ll email or call to tell you and give you the choice: wait for restock, swap it for something else, or take a full refund on that item. If the rest of your order is ready, we’ll usually ship that straight away so you’re not waiting on everything.
Any refund goes back to the way you paid, through Razorpay.
If you’d rather ask before ordering, [email protected] or +91 76 270 37 364.
Payments on kroozer.co run through Razorpay, which covers essentially every way people pay in India:
Your card details are handled by Razorpay and never touch our servers. We don’t store them.
Add what you want to your cart, then go to checkout. There’s a discount code field on the checkout page — enter your code there and click apply before you pay.
The discount appears in the order summary straight away. If it doesn’t, the code has either expired or doesn’t apply to what’s in your cart.
Codes can’t be added after an order is placed, so apply it before you pay. If something went wrong, write to [email protected] with your order number and we’ll sort it.
Yes, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Within 24 hours of ordering: tell us and we’ll cancel it for a full refund, no deductions, as long as it hasn’t already gone out. We pack quickly, so the sooner you tell us the better.
Once a parcel is with the courier we can’t pull it back. At that point it becomes a return instead — wait for it to arrive, then start the return within 3 days of delivery.
To change or cancel, use the contact page with your order number, or call +91 76 270 37 364.
Full terms on the Cancellation Policy page.
You have 3 days from delivery to start a return, and the item needs to come back new, unused and unopened with its original packaging intact. The window runs from the day the parcel arrives, so check the contents straight away.
If you’d rather not wait for it to arrive at all, you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, provided it hasn’t been dispatched.
Returns apply to items bought directly from kroozer.co. If you bought from one of our dealers, the return goes back through them — they hold the transaction, not us.
Closeout and clearance items are final sale.
Full details on the Return Policies page.
3 days from delivery to start the return — the clock starts the day the parcel reaches you, not the day you ordered. Please open the box and check everything as soon as it lands.
Get your RMA number first, through the contact page or on the website, then send the item back new, unused and unopened in its original packaging with the RMA written on the box.
Use a trackable courier so neither of us is guessing where the parcel is. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case it’s ours.
Closeout and clearance items can’t be returned. Anything bought from a dealer goes back to that dealer.
Changed your mind before it ships? You have 24 hours from placing the order to cancel outright for a full refund, as long as it hasn’t gone out yet — see the Cancellation Policy.
Start with an RMA number — a Return Merchandise Authorization. Nothing can come back to us without one, because it’s how we match your parcel to your order when it arrives.
Request one through the website or email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll send the RMA and the return address.
Then pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and send it with a trackable service.
See Return Policies for the full process.
No — Kroozer doesn’t operate retail stores. We sell directly through kroozer.co and through a network of dealers.
Where you bought it decides where it goes back.
Bought on kroozer.co: return it to us by post. Request an RMA number first, then send it back new, unused and unopened. The window is 3 days from the day it’s delivered, so open the box and check the parts as soon as it arrives.
Bought from a dealer: the return goes through that dealer. They hold the sale, so they handle the return.
Full detail on the Return Policies page.
Once your return is on its way, tracking sits with whichever courier you sent it through — keep the receipt and the tracking number.
Our side starts when the parcel reaches us. We check the item against your RMA number, which is why writing it clearly on the box matters so much. Once it’s checked, we’ll email you to confirm and process the refund.
If it’s been more than a few days since your tracking showed delivered and you haven’t heard from us, email [email protected] with the RMA number.
Tell us quickly and photograph everything before you unpack further.
Email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the box if the box itself is damaged. Keep the packaging and any courier paperwork until we’ve sorted it — if a courier damaged the parcel, we need that evidence to claim.
We’ll replace it or refund it. You won’t be asked to pay return shipping on something that arrived broken.
Bought from a dealer? Contact them first, and copy us in if it stalls.
Depends what you’re buying.
Strobe lights and lighting kits: no sizing at all. They’re universal, mount on their own brackets under an existing bolt, and fit essentially any motorcycle or scooter — Royal Enfields, commuters, naked bikes, sportbikes. Nothing to measure.
Helmets: measure the circumference of your head with a soft tape, roughly a centimetre above your eyebrows, and match that to the size chart on the product page. If you’re between sizes, go up — a helmet that’s slightly loose can be padded, one that’s tight can’t be fixed.
Unsure? Send your measurement to [email protected] and we’ll tell you honestly.
Very little, which is the point.
Strobes and lighting: wipe the lens with a damp cloth when it stops looking clean. Don’t take a pressure washer to the pods or the connectors — the housings are sealed for rain, not for a jet held six inches away. Check the bracket bolts are still tight every few months, the same as you would any bolt-on part.
Reflective gear: hand wash, no bleach, no fabric softener. Softener coats the reflective surface and dulls it.
Helmets: inner liner out and washed by hand, shell wiped with mild soap. Never solvent.
Not on single orders, no. What you see on the product page is what ships.
Bulk and OEM is different. We manufacture lighting systems at volume, including for other brands, and at that scale we do work to spec — housings, output, mounting, branding.
If you’re looking at quantity for a fleet, a delivery operation, a riding club or your own product line, email [email protected] with what you need and how many.
i-LLUXX is Kroozer’s lit-helmet line — visibility built into the helmet itself rather than bolted onto the bike.
It comes from the same thinking as everything else we make: a rider is easiest to miss at the exact moment being missed matters most. A strobe on the tail makes the bike visible. Light on the helmet makes the rider visible, higher up, in a driver’s natural eyeline.
It’s the same visibility engineering we build into helmets at volume for other Indian brands, applied to our own.
Browse the range under our products, or ask us anything at [email protected].
Yes. Reviews sit on each product page, written by people who bought that product from us. We don’t filter out the critical ones.
You can leave a review yourself on any product you’ve bought — it genuinely helps the next rider decide, and it tells us what’s working.
The Strobe Light for Bike V7.0 Pro is the most reviewed product we sell.
Kroozer builds visibility hardware, not apparel — so no leather, real or synthetic, anywhere in the range.
The strobe pods are anodised aluminium with weather-resistant wiring and sealed housings, built to survive an Indian monsoon rather than merely to look good in a photo. Brackets are powder-coated steel. Reflective products use retro-reflective film on technical fabric.
Everything is designed and made in India, for Indian roads and Indian rain.
Specifications for each product are on its own page — start with the Strobe Light for Bike V7.0 Pro.
Yes. Kroozer products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
That covers things that were wrong with how the product was made — an LED that fails on its own, a switch that stops working, a housing that lets water in when it shouldn’t.
It doesn’t cover crash damage, wiring cut or spliced during a modified install, or a pod that’s been opened up. Fitting our kit the way it’s designed to fit, under an existing bolt with no drilling, keeps you well inside the warranty.
See the Warranty Policy.
Email [email protected] with three things:
That’s usually enough for us to diagnose it without any back-and-forth. Video helps enormously with an intermittent electrical fault — it’s very hard to photograph a light that only sometimes misbehaves.
If you bought from a dealer, start with them; they can raise it with us directly.
You can also call +91 76 270 37 364.
Two ways to buy.
Direct from us. Everything we make is on kroozer.co and ships free anywhere in India, usually within a week. That’s the fastest route and it’s where the full range lives.
Through a dealer. We have a growing dealer network across India. If you’d rather see the product in someone’s hands before you buy, email [email protected] with your city and we’ll point you at the nearest one.
Run a workshop or accessories shop yourself? Become a Kroozer dealer.
There’s no Kroozer store to walk into — we’re online and through dealers, not retail.
Anything bought on kroozer.co comes back to us by post. You have 3 days from delivery to start the return, and the item needs to be new, unopened and in its original packaging, with an RMA number written on the box. Request the RMA through the contact page or on the website.
Anything bought from a dealer goes back to that dealer — they hold the sale, so they handle the return.
We’re open to it, and we say yes more often than you’d think.
Whether you’re a dealer wanting to stock Kroozer, a workshop looking at fitment partnerships, a creator who rides, or a brand wanting lighting engineered into your own product — that last one is a real part of what we do — write to [email protected].
Tell us who you are, what you’re proposing and roughly what scale. A short honest email gets a faster answer than a long deck.
For dealer applications specifically, start at Become a Kroozer dealer.
Yes — through us directly, since Kroozer doesn’t run retail service centres.
Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of what’s wrong, along with photos or a short video if it’s something you can show. Most issues get diagnosed from that without the helmet going anywhere.
If it does need to come to us, we’ll tell you where to send it and what it will cost, if anything. Within the 1-year warranty, a manufacturing defect costs you nothing.
