KROOZER Warranty Policy
Every Kroozer product carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of purchase.
What is covered
- An LED, driver or controller that stops working on its own
- A switch, connector or solder joint that fails in normal use
- A housing that lets water in when it should not
- Anything else that went wrong in how the product was made rather than how it was used
What is not covered
- Crash, impact or drop damage
- Wiring that has been cut, spliced or re-routed outside the supplied harness
- A pod or housing that has been opened
- Normal wear: lens scuffs, faded stickers, fastener corrosion on a bike that lives outdoors
- Products bought from a dealer or a marketplace seller rather than from us. Those go back to whoever sold them, under that seller’s own terms.
Fitting the kit the way it is designed to fit, bolt-on under an existing fastener with no drilling, keeps you well inside the warranty.
How to make a claim
- Write to us through the contact page with your order number and what is happening. A short video of the fault tells us more than anything else you can send.
- We will come back with a claim reference, where to send the part, and how long we expect it to take.
- Pack the item with its accessories and write the claim reference clearly on the outside of the box. Use a trackable courier so neither of us is guessing where the parcel is.
- Once it reaches us and we have confirmed the fault, we repair or replace it. If neither is possible, we will agree a refund with you.
Registering your product makes all of this quicker, because we already have your purchase date on file.
Changed your mind rather than found a fault? That is a return, not a warranty claim, and it is covered in our Return Policies.
