What is your return policy?

You have 3 days from delivery to start a return, and the item needs to come back new, unused and unopened with its original packaging intact. The window runs from the day the parcel arrives, so check the contents straight away.

If you’d rather not wait for it to arrive at all, you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, provided it hasn’t been dispatched.

Returns apply to items bought directly from kroozer.co. If you bought from one of our dealers, the return goes back through them — they hold the transaction, not us.

Closeout and clearance items are final sale.
