Warranty Claim

At KROOZER, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

Condition: Items must be new, unused, and unopened.
Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Purchase Location: Only items purchased directly from kroozer.com are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Third-Party Purchases: Items bought from local or online dealers should be returned through the original purchase location.
Final Sale Items: All sales of closeout items and clearance merchandise are final and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at returns@kroozer.com to obtain an RMA number.
Prepare Your Return:
Ensure the item is in its original packaging and includes all accessories and documentation.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item:
Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@kroozer.com with your order number and details of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
