Shipping & Delivery Policy

We would rather tell you the shipping cost plainly than surprise you with it at the last step. Here is the whole of it.

Order processing: 1 to 2 business days from the moment payment clears. That is us picking, checking and packing.

Shipping rates within India: free standard shipping on orders above ₹1,000. Below ₹1,000, a flat ₹80. That is the entire table. The same rate applies to every state and union territory, with no surcharge for remote pincodes and nothing added for handling, packaging or fuel.

Delivery times: typically 3 to 5 business days in transit once the parcel is with the courier. Metros usually sit at the quicker end; the North East and remote pincodes at the slower end.

Tracking: you will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. You can also check any order at order tracking.

Bangladesh: we ship there at a flat ₹450, offered automatically at checkout once you enter your address.

Other countries: we have not opened self-service checkout beyond India and Bangladesh yet, so your country may not appear when you enter your address. That is not a no. Write to us through the contact page with what you want and where you are, and we will tell you straight whether we can get it to you and what it will cost. Import duties and taxes on any parcel leaving India are set by your own country and are payable on arrival.

Damaged or missing parcels: tell us as soon as you know, through the contact page, with your order number. We will take it up with the courier and put it right with a replacement or a refund. You should not have to chase a courier you never chose.
