What is the time frame and cost for returns?
3 days from delivery to start the return — the clock starts the day the parcel reaches you, not the day you ordered. Please open the box and check everything as soon as it lands.
Get your RMA number first, through the contact page or on the website, then send the item back new, unused and unopened in its original packaging with the RMA written on the box.
Use a trackable courier so neither of us is guessing where the parcel is. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case it’s ours.
Closeout and clearance items can’t be returned. Anything bought from a dealer goes back to that dealer.
Changed your mind before it ships? You have 24 hours from placing the order to cancel outright for a full refund, as long as it hasn’t gone out yet — see the Cancellation Policy.
