How can I return or exchange products?

Start with an RMA number — a Return Merchandise Authorization. Nothing can come back to us without one, because it’s how we match your parcel to your order when it arrives.

Request one through the website or email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll send the RMA and the return address.

Then pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and send it with a trackable service.
